My Knackly Word Designer Doesn't Log in

Verify that you have installed the Knackly Word Designer using these instructions and have the appropriate login Workspace Name, Email, and Password. 

If you are still having problems logging in after verifying the above information, you may be running an older version of Windows. 

To check your Windows version, follow these steps:

  1. Search “About your PC” in the Windows search bar.

  2. View the OS build. You can learn if it is out of date or up to date with a quick internet search.

If your Windows is not up to date, then update to the latest version of Windows here.
