Troubleshooting the Word Add-in Designer

Please ensure you have downloaded the correct word add in "Knackly Designer for Word" and remove or delete the old add in "Knackly". This will make sure you are using the most current version of Knackly.
You may also need to sign in and sign out of your Microsoft account in word to help reset any licensing issues.
Please make sure you are using the current version of Word and there are no software updates available.
If you are getting an error message when downloading the add in, try downloading other add ins as well to see if it's a problem with all add ins or just Knackly.
Sometimes the Knackly Word Designer has problems displaying information. When this occurs, we have found the issue is related to Windows computers not being up-to-date with Microsoft Edge. This does not apply to Mac users.
First, check your Word version and update if it is not updated. We choose to keep Knackly as updated as possible to provide the best customer experience. Because of this, not all Word versions will work with our add-in.
Secondly, verify Edge is registered. Follow the steps in the image below:
